Haley represents renewable energy project developers, owners, and operators in real estate matters across the project lifecycle.
Prior to joining Nacelle, Haley worked in tax credit finance and real estate transactions, with experience supporting complex financing structures utilizing New Markets Tax Credits (NMTCs), Historic Tax Credits (HTCs), and renewable energy incentives.
Before becoming an attorney, Haley spent five years as a paralegal supporting project finance transactions involving tax credit structures.
Haley holds a J.D. from St. Louis University School of Law. She is a member of the Missouri State Bar.
