Katherine represents renewable energy project developers, owners, and operators in real estate matters across the project lifecycle. She has focused on renewable energy projects since 2014.
She has led and supported real estate matters for multiple gigawatts of utility-scale wind, solar, and storage projects throughout the United States.
Prior to joining Nacelle, Katherine was Vice President of Real Estate and Senior Counsel at a solar developer, where she led real estate strategy and execution for utility-scale projects. Earlier in her career, she served as Real Estate Counsel at a renewable energy developer, working on projects across the United States.
Katherine holds a J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law and a B.A. from Wake Forest University. She is a member of the New York State Bar, the Virginia State Bar, and the State Bar of Texas.
