Howard represents renewable energy project developers, owners, and operators in real estate matters, drawing on a background in commercial real estate transactions across the United States.
He has represented owners and tenants in acquisitions, dispositions, development, financing, and leasing of commercial properties, including warehouse, distribution, office, and retail assets. His experience includes drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, purchase options, and commercial leases.
Prior to joining Nacelle, Howard was a real estate partner in a boutique New York City law firm.
Howard received his J.D. from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law. He is a member of the New York State Bar, the New Jersey State Bar, and the Florida State Bar.
