Paralegal
Trevor supports renewable energy project developers, owners, and operators in real estate matters across the project lifecycle. His work includes land ownership research, lease negotiation and documentation, property rights analysis, and mapping.
Prior to joining Nacelle, Trevor worked for a leading renewable energy developer, where he supported utility-scale wind, solar, and battery energy storage projects and collaborated with developers, attorneys, and landowners on complex land acquisition and leasing matters. Earlier in his career, Trevor worked in commercial and residential real estate appraisal, gaining experience in property valuation, market analysis, zoning, and development feasibility.
Trevor has more than a decade of experience in real estate and land-related industries. He received his B.A. from Hampden-Sydney College.
