Katherine has worked in renewable energy for over a decade, representing clients in the development, construction, financing, and operation of over 2 GW of projects. Prior to joining Nacelle, Katherine was Vice President of Real Estate and Senior Counsel at a solar developer in Texas. Prior to that, Katherine worked as Real Estate Counsel for another developer, where she worked on wind, solar, and storage projects in more than 10 states. Katherine holds a J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law and a B.A. from Wake Forest University. She is a member of the New York, Virginia, and Texas State Bars.
