Haley is an attorney based in St. Louis, Missouri, with a background in tax credit finance and real estate transactions. Before earning her J.D. from St. Louis University School of Law, Haley spent five years as a paralegal supporting complex financing structures utilizing New Markets Tax Credits (NMTCs), Historic Tax Credits (HTCs), and renewable energy incentives.
Haley combines her legal experience with technical skill. Recognized for strong organizational skills and a focus on process improvement, Haley leverages technology to streamline workflows and provide enhanced service.
