Eugene represents renewable energy project developers, owners, and operators in real estate matters in all stages of the project life cycle. He has specialized in renewable energy project work for the past 13 years.
Eugene has represented clients in over 2 million acres of successful lease acquisitions, and in the financing of over $10 billion worth of utility-scale renewable energy projects.
Prior to Nacelle, Eugene was in-house counsel at a renewable energy project developer, and prior to that, he represented lenders in commercial real estate financing transactions.
Eugene received his B.S. from Cornell University and his J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law. He is a member of the New York State Bar, the Virginia State Bar, and the Bar of Maryland.
